Description: 

The City of Orillia’s Wastewater Treatment Division requires the replacement of underground hot water feed and return lines running between the Wastewater Treatment Centre (WWTC) Administration Building, the Primary Digester Building and the Boiler Building. The old lines are to be fully removed and new lines are to be installed as described herein.
