The City is seeking a qualified General Contractor to construct a 3,490 sq ft replacement for the existing Dr. Seymour Conservatory which includes a parks operations building and a greenhouse. The scope of work includes site servicing and landscape. The successful proponent will be responsible for the removal of the existing structure and coordination with concurrent projects in the municipal right of way. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of the existing greenhouse. Construction of a new 3,490sq.ft. greenhouse with an attached parks operations building, site servicing, and landscaping as detailed in the contract drawings.
