The City, through this Request for Proposals (RFP), intends to select a developer with which to enter into an Agreement of Purchase and Sale for the City-owned property at 26 Coldwater Street, known as the “Orillia Central Public School Property”. The property is the site of a highly-visible, architecturally significant heritage designated building, located on one of Orillia’s main arterial roadways, just outside the City’s downtown core. The City intends to select the Proposal which best fulfills the City’s objectives with respect to the redevelopment of the existing structure and the property located at 26 Coldwater Street. |
