The City of Orillia, through this request for proposal (RFP), intends to select an engineering firm to undertake an overall condition assessment of the Water Filtration Plant (WFP), based on the recommendation contained in the 2015 Water System Master Plan. The proposals will be evaluated against a predetermined set of criteria of which price may not be the primary consideration.
