The City of Orillia, through this Request for Tender, intends to select a company to provide haulage and land application of Category 3 Non-Agricultural Source Material (liquid biosolids) from the City of Orillia Wastewater Treatment Centre lagoons. This will include procuring NASM Plan Sites, as well as mixing and loading, for the period of April 1, 2017 to November 30, 2021. The successful proponent will assume all responsibility for ensuring compliance with the Nutrient Management Act and its General Regulations, O. Reg. 267/03, O. Reg. 338/09 and the Ontario Environmental Protection Act, as well as all other regulatory requirements associated with the said works. |
