This project is being re-posted due to closing dates. The City of Orillia invites Proposals from experienced organizations to facilitate and develop a Feasibility Study to implement a Community Efficiency Financing Program. This work will contribute to the implementation of the City of Orillia’s comprehensive Community Climate Action Plan (CCAP). The CCAP identifies that 65% of Orillia’s pre-1980 residential (single and multi-unit) housing stock needs to undertake deep energy retrofits by 2030 and 95% by 2050. The outcome of this feasibility study is to explore and assess options for a financing program for home energy and resiliency upgrades that will assist residents of Orillia with the financial cost of this transformation. |
