As outlined in Part 2 - Evaluation and Selection the top three ranked respondents will be selected for future solicitations 

2.4 Ranking and Selection 

Based on the evaluation of the responses, the top three ranked respondents that meet the Minimum Threshold(s) set out in the Rated Criteria table in Section F of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) will be short-listed to participate in an invitational second stage competitive process for the procurement of the Deliverables.
