The City of Orillia will be accepting proposals in the following formats:

Submission of Quotations

1. Email: Email submission(s) to procurement@orillia.ca .  Each submission must be emailed individually with the RFQ number clearly indicated in the email subject line. 

2. Bids & Tenders: All respondents who are submitting through the bidding system must have a vendor account with the City’s electronic bidding system at: Bids and Tenders Orillia  and must be registered as a plan taker for this opportunity. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, to ask questions, to receive addenda email notifications, download addenda, and submit their quotation electronically through the bidding system.  

3. In Person: Deliver your submission(s) to the Main Entrance of the City of Orillia, 50 Andrew Street South, Suite 300, Orillia ON L3V 7T5. All submissions must be sealed in an envelope, shall be clearly marked with the RFP number.

Submissions received after the specified time and date of this RFP closing may not be considered and may be returned to the Respondent unopened.

Submissions that are illegible, incomplete, unsigned, contain restrictions or alterations by the Respondent may be rejected.

Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $461.90, per bid fee - $138.64).
